Selenite is a variety of Gypsum that occurs in transparent crystals or crystalline masses. It is often colorless with a vitreous or pearly luster. 

A stone of clarity of the mind, it opens the crown and higher crown chakras. With this stone you can access angelic consciousness and higher guidance. 

Selenite is extremely high vibrational. Ground yourself after using it. In my experience it is best used for small amounts of time. It can leave you feeling extremely ungrounded.
